The Passenger Portal is a web site for passengers that shows past, current, and future travel as well as billeting. Passengers can review their flights to ensure they are confirmed for the flight, find the PNR number for a flight (needed for web check-in), and search for flights
You cannot check in with this site. This web site requires you to enter your SYS number and your password. The first time, you will need to change your password. If you need to search for flights for planning future travel, use the passenger portal Flight Status button. The passenger portal shows the PNR number of the travel, which is required if you want to check in via the web check-in page.

Passengers will receive a system generated email with their username and temporary password. If you have problems logging in, contact Aviation Operations Support at (907) 263-3500 ext. 1.
